This is where the journey begins...we will sit down and we LISTEN to all of your ideas, thoughts, what you like and dislike, your lifestyle and any specific requirements you may have.  This helps set a baseline and the ground work for a seamless project.  We will gather information around your site and review any council, site and environment limitations there may be before we begin the concept of your dream home. 

Now the fun part ... all of the details and information we have gathered from our initial meeting comes together and the ideas start flowing.  We will come up with a concept that reflects what we have discussed and work along side you to create a home you love and is perfect just for you.

Once you have decided on a concept that you love, we will then add the first extra layers of detail including the house location on your site, we will confirm the floor plan with room sizes and make sure the home flows and works as you want.

In the developed design stage, even more detail and decisions are made, confirming materials, and also working along side our structural design partners and other consultants to ensure that the home is constructed to the highest quality.  At the end of this stage, you will have a set of drawings that you are able to take to your chosen contractors and get accurate pricing for the build.

And then for all of the remaining detail to be added, to create the manual for constructing your dream home...with a bulk of the time throughout the project being spent in this stage, a lot of finer details are added, a list of specifications for your build, and all of the consent documentation is all put together to create a full set of working drawings.  This can then be taken to the next stage.

To be able to build a new home, your local council will check over the plans, review them and sign them off, meaning your builder is able to start the construction of your new home.

As you see your home taking shape, we will be in contact with the building team to ensure they have the smoothest possible journey too.  If any minor changes are to be made we will handle, and get the amended and signed off by the council.  We will be in touch with the contractors and yourself through out the build process and follow it all to ensure you move into your new home.
