For our house alteration and extension, we wanted to outsource as much of the project as we possible to people we could trust, as we knew the project would not have gained traction if we were trying to do too much ourselves. By the same token, we did have to work to a budget so again needed to work with people we could trust in that regard.
The service we received from MOTE meet those requirements very well.
Initially, in the design concept stage, the practical and creative ideas that Morgan put forward cut through all the questions and challenges we had and in our minds, making it very easy to quickly settle on the concept design.
The renderings were particularly helpful so we could visualise how it was going to look and make the final tweaks to the design.
Once we had pushed go, MOTE’s contacts in the building industry, (district council, engineers and trades,) made the project run very smoothly with the council and all trades able to work from Mote’s plans without any complications or questions.
The project ran on time and on budget, (amazing!) and we put a lot of that down to the work MOTE did up front for the Trades to price and work from.
The end result is every bit as good as we had hoped for, if not better.
I would not go anywhere else for concept designs and full sets of plans in future and will be recommending Mote to anyone that asks who we used for an architect.
