MOTE Design was founded by Morgan Prestidge from Taranaki in 2021 out of a passion and desire to be a part of the bigger picture of home building in New Zealand, and on a mission to help trades reduce there frustration with planning and construction drawings, getting the home owners into their dream homes faster and saving them money as a result.

Practical building experience, qualified LBP Designer, and having experience in the industry with a range of construction projects and styles...Morgan is there to help you navigate the journey of your new home build.
